Can spot high-intent threads and discussions early, before they get crowded

Proactive, curious, and client-focused mindset

Salary Range

Base salary is variable depending on experience - to be discussed on call.

Responsibilities

Manage 8-12 SEO clients per month with a Reddit-first approach

Develop and execute Reddit strategies that position clients where conversations are already happening

Research subreddits, user behavior, and community norms to identify growth angles and messaging opportunities

Create and manage comment strategies, Reddit-first content formats, and white-hat participation methods

Collaborate with SEO and content teams to integrate Reddit mentions into Google rankings and broader SERP visibility

Manage the Reddit tech stack so we don't get our accounts banned or removed

Stay on top of Reddit algorithm updates, subreddit rule changes, and engagement trends

Be genuinely interested in, study, and become an expert in Reddit’s intersection with SaaS and B2B buyer intent

Help us stay at the forefront of Reddit SEO as a new service line, continuously improving systems and workflows

Ownership

3-5 weekly zoom calls

Daily communication via Slack

Weekly 1:1 with team lead

Daily project management ( Mainly in Notion & Airtable )
