About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Social Strategist to join our team and help drive innovative digital campaigns for our artists. This role sits at the intersection of music, internet culture, and creator marketing - balancing influencer strategy, owned social execution, and digital production.

The ideal candidate understands how music and culture move online, can translate a song into a compelling digital moment, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We’re looking for someone who is deeply fluent in internet, creator and influencer culture, especially as it relates to music, and brings a highly organized, detail-oriented approach with strong systems and follow-through. You’re a creative thinker who knows how to pitch and sell ideas in a way that feels natural, not spammy, and you’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once across different artists, timelines, and time zones. You’re a clear communicator across email, presentations, and team brainstorms, and you show up as reliable, proactive, and self-starting with a low-ego, collaborative mindset. Above all, you’re passionate about music and digital culture, with a sharp instinct for what actually connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own influencer and creator campaign strategy and execution across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.), with a strong emphasis on song seeding and UGC growth

Stay current on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging creators relevant to our roster of artists

Build, manage, and maintain a network of creators across niche and mainstream audiences, fostering long‑term relationships with creators, agencies, and brand partners

Pitch songs and campaign ideas to artists and creators with clarity, creativity, and strong alignment to the artist’s voice and overall vision

Track performance, engagement, and creator feedback in real time, using insights to iterate, optimize, and scale campaigns

Manage and publish content across owned and operated social channels, ensuring brand voice, accuracy, and consistency while optimizing content natively for each platform

Act as an output social specialist, refining posting strategies and leveraging trends, platform behavior, and cultural moments to inform creative execution

Monitor and analyze KPIs across campaigns and social platforms, pulling and interpreting data to drive optimization and future strategy

Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns across social, web, and email

Use Adobe Creative Suite to make light edits, resize/adapt creative, and prepare assets for digital campaigns

Contribute to creative ideation, content strategy, partnerships, and audience growth initiatives

Support digital production workflows: sourcing assets, trafficking creative, QA’ing deliverables, and coordinating with designers, videographers, and external vendors

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or project coordination (music/entertainment preferred)

Demonstrated experience managing owned and operated social accounts for artists, brands, or organizations

Strong understanding of social platforms, best practices, and emerging trends

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut)

Experience supporting or executing digital campaigns across multiple channels

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
