Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing a team of marketing professionals, managing budgets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
Manage the marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve targets.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
Identify and explore new marketing opportunities to drive growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and make decisions.
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
