Seo Digital Marketing Manager

We are The Ryan Law Group, a full-service personal injury law firm located in Manhattan Beach, CA. We are looking for a full-time SEO & Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team! Our office is located right at the intersection of Highland and Rosecrans in Manhattan Beach, with a beautiful view of the beach right from our windows. The Strand and the sand are just a two-minute walk away and offer a great way to spend your lunch break!

Responsibilities

Report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Plan and write blogs, FAQs, landing pages, and legal guides for the firm’s website.

Identify competitor keyword and content gaps.

Create content for a variety of personal injury practice areas and geographic markets.

Update old content to improve rankings.

Optimize the firm’s website structure and pages.

Ensure the firm’s information is consistent across platforms (website, Google Business Profiles, attorney directories, etc.).

Monitor and develop backlinks.

Manage the firm’s Google Ads and Google Local Service Ads campaigns.

Qualifications

Must be able to commute to and work in-person at our office in Manhattan Beach between 8‑4:30, 8:30‑5, or 9‑5:30.

Close attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Outgoing personality, people person.

Able to multitask.

Good follow-up and follow-through with tasks.

Team player.

Education and Experience

At least 2 years of SEO/digital marketing experience (legal experience preferred, but not required).

Bachelor’s Degree from a 4‑year university.

Compensation
$34 - $36 hourly.
