This project seeks a 3D animator with modeling expertise to create a unique animated sequence for a personal art exhibition. The piece will feature two characters, Ishmam and Aisha, embarking on a global journey in a fantastical winged minibus. The work will blend imaginative storytelling with visually compelling animation, resulting in an engaging piece suitable for display in an art show setting. The role offers remote collaboration and requires delivery of the final animation by June or July of next year.

Responsibilities

Design and model two 3D characters, Ishmam and Aisha, with distinct and expressive features.

Model and texture a stylized winged minibus as the central vehicle in the sequence.

Create an animated sequence that depicts the characters traveling around the world, incorporating dynamic movement and artistic flair.

Render the animation at exhibition-ready quality with attention to detail in lighting, shading, and camera work.

Deliver final 3D models and the completed animation file(s) in formats suitable for presentation.

Requirements

Proficiency in 3D animation and modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.

Ability to create stylized, engaging, and original character designs.

Strong understanding of animation principles, especially timing and movement for storytelling.

Experience with texturing, lighting, and rendering for polished final outputs.

Creativity and artistic vision to align with the conceptual nature of an art exhibition.

Availability to work remotely and meet the project deadline of June/July next year.
