Job Description:

Define and run UX processes such as discovery, user research, journey mapping, and usability testing

Translate business requirements into UX artifacts including personas, workflows, wireframes, and design standards

Facilitate UX workshops with business users and stakeholders

Work within Agile / Scrum delivery frameworks and support sprint planning

Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure UX intent is delivered

Use Figma and similar tools effectively (process knowledge preferred over tooling only)

Required Skills:

Strong UI / UX experience

ServiceNow

Figma

Agile / Scrum

React / Angular / Frontend experience preferred
