We are currently searching for a UI/UX.
Responsibilities:
Translate product concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Facilitate our client's product vision

by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups

optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify complex design problems

and devise elegant, user-centered solutions.
Make strategic design decisions

related to core, new, and existing functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach

to rapidly test, iterate, and refine designs based on feedback.
Collaborate closely with distributed team members, clients, and stakeholders , synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications and championing new ideas.
Requirements:
6+ years of professional UX design experience , with a preference for candidates who have designed complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Expertise in standard UX software

such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, or Framer.
Solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD) and Design Thinking principles , including planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, and heuristic analysis.
Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design , along with usability and accessibility concerns.
Strong communication and presentation skills

to clearly explain design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Openness to receiving constructive feedback

and a passion for resolving user pain points through great design.
Desired:
Basic frontend development skills

in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Languages:
Advanced Oral English.
Advanced Spanish.
