Job Title: Senior Web Application Developer

Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite)

Duration: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 (590 hrs & renewable)

Job Summary:

Senior Web Application Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and database systems using Microsoft .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server. The role includes working on new and existing functionalities within a healthcare IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Technical Tasks:

Design database objects (tables, views, indexes)

Develop ad-hoc queries in MS SQL Server

Build and maintain database objects using T-SQL

Develop APIs and web services for real-time integrations

Write, document, and maintain code per standards

Perform system analysis based on user requirements

DevOps & Change Management:

Manage production deployments (applications & databases)

Handle code promotion and change management processes

Maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps

Process change tickets and implement updates

Work with source control systems (Azure DevOps, TFS, VSTS)

Agile & Project Activities:

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives

Update product backlog and complete assigned work items

Provide daily support and issue resolution

Share weekly and monthly status updates

Perform project management activities

Support & Maintenance:

Provide user support and troubleshoot issues

Monitor and optimize system performance

Ensure system reliability and efficiency

Compliance & Security:

Follow all data security and confidentiality policies

Ensure compliance with department standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years in:

Object-oriented development

Microsoft .NET, MVC, C#

Entity Framework, NuGet, GitHub

10+ years in:

Web application server administration

Monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning

7+ years in:

Change management and code promotion

Source control systems (Azure DevOps, TFS, VSTS)

Build and release management

API/Web Services development

5+ years in:

Crystal Reports

Healthcare IT domain (Agile)

3+ years in:

Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)

Certification:

DevOps Foundation (or higher)

Deliverables:

Monthly completion of all assigned development, support, and project tasks

Performance Expectations:

100% completion of tasks and deliverables

Additional Requirements:

Mandatory criminal background check (including fingerprinting)

Travel reimbursement only if pre-approved

Must comply with all department policies and procedures

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in healthcare/public sector systems

Experience in government environments

Strong documentation and communication skills
