This role is critical in supporting enterprise and divisional initiatives through clear, accurate communications and practical change enablement content. The successful candidate will translate complex technology and business topics into concise, usable content for employees and leaders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong writing and editing skills.

Experience drafting and developing business communications.

Proficient in creating and updating job aids.

Change management experience.

Strong operational coordination and logistics skills.

Proficient in SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills.

Basic video editing capabilities.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-visibility, high-expectations environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support change and adoption efforts through messaging and enablement content.

Independently research, evaluate, and summarize complex information with accuracy.

Collaborate with team members to ensure the creation of concise and effective communications.
