Pho An is hiring: Marketing & Content Creator in Blaine

We are seeking a highly creative and execution-driven Marketing and Content Specialist to bring our restaurant’s brand to life online. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and short-form video content, managing our social media channels, and helping to execute promotions that translate digital engagement into real-world foot traffic.

Content Creation:

Visit the restaurant to capture mouth‑watering photos and engaging short‑form video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok, and Stories) of signature dishes, specialty cocktails, and the dining atmosphere.

Social Media Management:

Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

Campaign Execution:

Help plan, write, and execute promotional campaigns for weekly events, happy hours, and seasonal menu launches.

Guest Engagement:

Actively manage our online community by responding to comments, direct messages (DMs), and guest reviews to build lasting customer relationships.

Pay:

$17.00–$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
