Role Overview
The SEO Operations Specialist sits at the intersection of SEO strategy and agency operations, ensuring seamless execution across multiple client accounts. This role is responsible for managing reporting, conducting technical SEO audits, coordinating content workflows, and maintaining operational systems that support delivery at scale. You will work closely with leadership while independently managing projects, client communication, and performance tracking. The role is both strategic and execution-heavy, requiring strong analytical thinking, organization, and ownership. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, enjoys solving complex SEO challenges, and is highly proactive in building systems and processes.

Your Impact
You will directly contribute to driving measurable organic growth for multiple B2B clients through data-driven SEO strategies and execution. Your work will improve reporting clarity, streamline operational workflows, and ensure consistent delivery across accounts. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships by delivering actionable insights and maintaining high-quality communication. Additionally, you will help scale internal systems and processes, enabling the agency to operate efficiently while maintaining strong performance outcomes and client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Reporting – 40%

Own end-to-end monthly reporting across multiple client accounts

Analyze rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities

Conduct technical SEO audits using industry tools and recommend improvements

Develop SEO briefs and content strategies based on keyword and search intent insights

Apply AI-driven search optimization practices to enhance visibility

Content & Project Operations – 35%

Manage and maintain content calendars across all active clients

Coordinate writers, assign deliverables, and track deadlines

Review content and website outputs for SEO accuracy and quality

Translate SEO insights into actionable content plans and briefs

Ensure smooth execution of the content production pipeline

Client Management – 15%

Lead client calls and present performance reports and insights

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Manage follow-ups, action items, and ongoing communication

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure satisfaction

Systems & Process Optimization – 10%

Build and maintain Notion-based systems for project tracking and documentation

Develop and refine SOPs for recurring workflows

Implement automation and AI tools to improve efficiency

Support website updates and SEO implementation within CMS platforms

Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)

3+ years of experience in SEO strategy, analysis, or agency operations

Strong expertise in technical and content-driven SEO

Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Experience leading client calls and presenting performance insights

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4

Strong organizational and process management skills

Excellent written and spoken English communication

Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
