Position Summary
Your work will span landing pages, microsites, website layouts, paid social and banner ads, infographics, web graphics, and interface elements. Every deliverable will be visually sharp, on-brand, performance‑minded, and built to convert.

Essential Functions

Conversion-Driven Landing Pages:

Design and build landing pages that are optimized for engagement and conversion, balancing strong visual hierarchy, compelling copy support, and clean technical implementation.

UI/UX Design:

Apply user experience and interface design principles so pages are accessible, intuitive, and friction‑free across devices.

AI-Powered Workflow:

Actively integrate AI tools into the creative process — ideation, copy variants, asset generation, code assistance, QA — to move faster and produce more without sacrificing quality.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure every project adheres to the client’s (or Ignitium’s) brand guidelines, communicates their value proposition clearly, and maintains visual coherence across touchpoints.

Collaborative Design Development:

Partner closely with strategists, creatives, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into creative that performs.

Narrative Visualization:

Turn complex B2B concepts into clear, visually compelling stories that capture and hold the attention of enterprise buyers.

Receptive to Feedback:

Incorporate constructive critique from clients and colleagues to sharpen design outputs through rapid iteration cycles.

Trend & Tool Awareness:

Stay current on emerging design trends, AI creative tools, and martech platforms and tools. Bring new techniques into the team’s workflow when they create measurable lift.

Strategic Design Thinking:

Participate in brainstorms and program kickoffs, ensuring creative concepts ladder up to campaign goals and KPIs.

Project Transparency:

Keep project management tools (Asana, Ziflow, etc.) up to date so the team has full visibility into status, blockers, and timelines.

Design Development Cycle:

Drive projects from brief through concept, design, build, QA, and launch, securing the right approvals along the way.

File Management:

Maintain organized, well‑named files in shared storage so assets are easy to find, reuse, and hand off.

Knowledge and Skills

UI/UX Experience:

Demonstrated experience applying UI/UX best practices — information hierarchy, accessibility, responsive interaction patterns, and conversion‑focused layout.

Landing Page Craft:

Genuine passion for designing and shipping landing pages that convert. Understands how design choices map to engagement and pipeline outcomes.

Responsive Design:

Builds experiences that look and perform well across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

SEO/AEO Fundamentals:

Working understanding of on‑page SEO/AEO principles so designs and builds support search performance.

Accessibility Standards:

Knowledge of WCAG and broader web accessibility best practices.

Creative Competence and Design Foundations:

Demonstrable creativity, versatility, and originality. Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory.

AI Workflow Mindset:

Genuine excitement about using AI tools to accelerate the creative and build process — and a desire to help define how the team uses them.

Tenacity:

A finisher. Comfortable owning a deliverable end-to-end, pushing through ambiguity, and getting work over the line.

Experience or willingness to learn Webflow

Experience with Unbounce or similar landing page builders

Experience with ABM/ABX campaigns or B2B marketing

Familiarity with Figma

Familiarity with Asana (project management) and Ziflow (online proofing)

Hands‑on experience with AI tools for design, copy, code, or asset generation (e.g., generative image tools, AI copilots, automated QA)

Education and Experience

Educational Background:

AA / BA / BS in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field — or demonstrable equivalent work experience.

Experience:

1+ year of proven web design experience desired, preferably in a B2B or marketing agency setting.

Portfolio:

A comprehensive portfolio showcasing landing pages and web design projects, highlighting layout, typography, responsive design, and conversion‑driven thinking.

Collaborative Projects:

A track record of working with developers, content creators, strategists, and other stakeholders through the web development process.

Physical Requirements

Essential functions require sufficient physical ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time and operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine motor coordination including use of a computer keyboard.
