We’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced environments where no two days look the same. You’ll help manage the operational side of influencer and celebrity campaigns, ensuring deliverables, timelines, activations, PR moments, and social content all execute seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate influencer & celebrity partnership execution

Track PR and social deliverables across campaigns

Manage schedules, approvals, follow-ups, and timelines

Support red carpet moments, sponsorships, activations & events

Coordinate with agents, creators, PR, social, and brand teams

Handle logistics including gifting, travel, shipments, and calendars

Maintain trackers, invoices, and operational documentation

2–4+ years in influencer marketing, PR, talent coordination, social media, or campaign/project coordination

Experience managing multiple deliverables in a fast-moving environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, creator partnerships, and campaign workflows
