8+ years of experience in a game production role, with a preference for casual mobile gaming

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build consensus and support for initiatives across multiple teams

Proven experience in live operations within a fast-paced, event-driven game environment

Extremely strong knowledge of the marketplace, market trends, and data, with the ability to identify product improvements

The ability to balance project demands with creative essentials and the player experience

A solid project management foundation in various methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to customize workflows to meet team needs

A proactive, results-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency

A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization

Proficient in various production tools, such as Confluence, Jira, G-Suite, and Keynote

Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills

The ability to take direct feedback and adapt communication styles to work effectively with others

Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with configuration management and deployment tools, such as JSON configuration

What the job involves

Jam City is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Producer to join the Cookie Jam team, one of our top-grossing mobile games

In this role, you'll be a key leader of a 60 plus person team, responsible for delivering on the game's long-term strategic roadmap

You will collaborate closely with the team and management to balance development priorities, improve pipelines, and ensure a best-in-class experience for our players

A top priority for this role is to grow and mentor the production talent within the Puzzle organization, helping producers at all levels develop and grow their careers

Lead the creation of the long-term roadmap and production goals for the team

Oversee the robust live operations of a critical title, ensuring smooth execution and stability for players

Improve team pipelines and workflows while monitoring team organization to ensure proper support

Mentor producers at all levels and provide hands-on opportunities for them to learn and grow their skills

Work with directors to establish product vision and team objectives, then clearly communicate them through documentation and presentations

Resolve conflicts with internal, cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Proactively strengthen communication and relationships between all teams

Present a clear, accurate, and digestible picture of the project to executive leadership while advocating for the team and development plans

Use strong judgment to determine when and how to elevate issues, implement new tools, or overhaul processes
