Position Summary
The Audio Video Install & Service Tech is responsible for installing AV systems with professionalism in commercial and residential settings.

Duties and Responsibilities

Install, terminate, and test cabling.

Perform commercial and residential installations.

Understand and improve existing installation and troubleshooting procedures.

Apply best practices for equipment troubleshooting and installations.

Learn and train on multiple product lines.

Execute service and job tickets through our database.

Proficiently use Gmail, Apple iOS, Android, and web applications.

Train to become certified on various systems.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Troubleshoot effectively and efficiently.

Train customers and field staff on products.

Manage parts and inventory.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.

Ability to operate a computer for extended periods.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Willingness to work nights and weekends on a rotating on-call schedule.

Professional conduct and positive attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous AV experience is preferred.
