Job Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

This is a remote performance marketing role ideal for candidates with strong experience in paid social, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven advertising. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage

Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation

Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for

ROAS, CPA, and conversions

Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels

Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights

Manage ad budgets and scaling strategies

Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment

Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

5+ years of experience managing

Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads campaigns

Proven track record of delivering strong

ROAS and lead generation results

Strong understanding of

Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and conversion APIs

Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretationFamiliarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or CRM platforms

Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or digital agencies is highly preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with global teams
