Job Description
Influential.com is looking for a Director, Creator Partnerships to build and maintain relationships with influential individuals across various social media platforms to promote our brand, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.

This is a full-time, remote position in the US only. US citizenship is required to apply.

Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant influencers in our target market. Analyze their content, engagement levels, and audience demographics to determine their suitability for collaboration.

Initiate and maintain effective communication with influencers to foster long-term relationships.

Manage a comprehensive database of influencer contacts and cultivate ongoing relationships.

Collaborate with influencers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.

Negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring all parties understand expectations, deliverables, and timelines.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.

Monitor influencer activities, track metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Proven experience in influencer marketing

Strong relationships with successful influencers

Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture

Ability to cultivate relationships with influencers

Ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics

Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms

Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer marketing
