About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative

3D Artist

to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in game development and interactive 3D environments, with a solid portfolio demonstrating real-time rendering and asset creation. This role will focus on producing high-quality 3D assets optimized for web, game engines, and immersive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D assets including characters, environments, and props.
Develop optimized low-poly models suitable for real-time rendering.
Apply detailed textures, materials, and shaders to enhance visual quality.
Prepare and export assets in

glTF/WebGL

formats for web and interactive platforms.
Integrate assets into

Unity

and ensure performance optimization.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to meet project goals.
Maintain consistency in style, quality, and technical standards across all assets.
Participate in reviews and iterate based on feedback.
Technical Requirements

3–5 years

of experience in

game development, interactive 3D, or real-time rendering .
Strong expertise in

character modeling

and

low-poly asset creation .
Proficiency in

Unity

and real-time rendering pipelines.
Experience with

glTF/WebGL

workflows.
Strong skills in

texturing, UV mapping, and material creation .
Familiarity with

NFT creation workflows

is a plus.
