Account Manager- Sales and Marketing

We have an immediate opening for an Account Manager to support the increasing demands for our knowledge of the products and brands we represent.
In this role, you will train directly with a mentor and have daily checkpoints with your manager. Training and development include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Business Development Sales and customer acquisition are fundamental to our growth. You will learn sales techniques, consumer psychology, and develop leadership skills. Our team will train you on talent attraction, mentoring, goal setting, motivation, and supporting others' goals.
Operations After mastering Business Development and Talent Acquisition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Managing Partner to learn operational management, including finances, inventory, and online presence management.
Requirements 0 - 3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, sales, or customer service
