Position Overview
Autodesk empowers innovators to design and make a better world. As part of our Design and Make platform strategy, we are building more connected, intelligent experiences that help customers move from idea to outcome faster and with greater confidence. Within Autodesk, Flow Studio sits at the intersection of AI, creativity, and storytelling-helping bring product experiences to life in ways that are inspiring, technically credible, and easy to understand.
We are looking for a senior-level 3D / VFX artist and editor who combines strong creative judgment with technical fluency and a bias for execution. In this role, you will create standout content across social, product marketing, and campaigns while helping shape how Flow Studio is experienced in market. This is a highly visible role for someone who is optimistic about creative technology, relentless about quality, brave enough to experiment, ingenious in solving production challenges, and trusted to deliver with craft, speed, and collaboration.
Flow Studio is a visual product, and this role plays a key part in showing customers and internal teams what it can do. You will work across concept development, 3D simulation, compositing, editing, and final delivery to create compelling content that balances storytelling, clarity, and technical accuracy. We are building an integrated marketing and creative team designed for how modern products grow-combining high standards, thoughtful experimentation, and a strong focus on impact. We work as One Autodesk, partnering across functions to create clear, engaging experiences that help customers understand and adopt what is next. If you are energized by creative technology, collaborative problem-solving, and the opportunity to shape how a product shows up in the world, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D, VFX, and edited content across social, product marketing, and campaign initiatives
Use Flow Studio and related tools to translate product capabilities into visually compelling demonstrations and stories that are clear, engaging, and technically credible
Own work across the full production pipeline, from concept through final delivery
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Creative, and technical teams to align storytelling, product accuracy, and execution
Experiment with AI-native tools and workflows to improve speed, quality, and creative possibilities
Build repeatable systems and efficient workflows that help scale content production
Balance speed and craft while applying strong compositing judgment across lighting, shadow, scale, motion, and physical believability
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong 3D, VFX, compositing, editing, and 3D simulation/rendering capabilities across multiple styles and formats
Experience creating both short-form and long-form content
Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Unreal, Blender, After Effects, and Premiere
Strong understanding of social-first content and what resonates across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new creative tools, especially Flow Studio
Experience with, or strong interest in, AI-driven creative tools and workflows
Strong eye for composition, motion, pacing, and storytelling, with the ability to work end-to-end from concept development through final delivery
Comfort working in fast-moving, iterative environments with a high degree of ownership and sound creative judgment
The Ideal Candidate
Deliver a strong body of work that showcases a range of styles, techniques, and storytelling approaches
Create content that clearly demonstrates the value of Flow Studio in ways that are inspiring and easy to understand
Raise the bar on creative quality while staying relevant for modern audiences
Use AI thoughtfully to enhance output, not replace creative judgment or craft
Build trust through reliable execution, strong collaboration, and authentic content
