You'll close sales by offering flexibility, then manage accounts by checking in as needs change. As an Account Manager, you help businesses upgrade their connectivity by engaging them directly and walking them through AT&T Business solutions. The Account Manager explains wireless devices as tools that keep employees connected on the go, business internet as the backbone, and communication tools as the glue that holds their teams together. Responsibilities of the Account Manager Develop account relationships by helping businesses explore AT&T Business services designed to improve connectivity, communication, and operational flexibility. Guide clients through AT&T Business solutions while supporting relationship-driven sales conversations tailored to their needs. Explain AT&T Business features and service advantages that strengthen confidence during account discussions and sales presentations. Drive sales efforts by identifying business needs and matching clients with scalable AT&T Business solutions that support long-term growth. Organize account activity, service details, and follow-up communication to maintain a consistent and reliable sales experience. Maintain account engagement by checking in regularly to support satisfaction, encourage retention, and identify additional AT&T Business sales opportunities. Qualifications of an Account Manager A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience in account management or sales is a plus, but not mandatory. Ability to manage multiple client accounts, follow-up tasks, and sales priorities. Comfortable presenting AT&T’s products, services, and business solutions. Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn new products and sales strategies.
