What Success Looks Like
Day 1–30: Complete 1st‑shift training, learn our equipment, and master our maintenance system.
Day 31–60: Independently execute PMs, mechanical repairs, and basic PLC adjustments.
Day 61–90: Confidently troubleshoot complex issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Your Schedule & Start
7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. on a 2‑2‑3 rotation.
This role will train on 1st shift.
What You Bring
Robust electrical and PLC manufacturing background; comfortable reading ladder logic and programming HMIs.
Experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs and controls.
Knowledge across hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
Mechanical, welding, and cutting skills.
Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints; blueprint reading.
Workbench capability, basic computer skills, and precise measurement (including tape measure reading).
At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Safety knowledge including lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space; CPR/First Aid may be required.
Core Responsibilities
Complete mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance on assigned machinery.
Conduct welding and fabrication with minimal direction.
Enter all maintenance data accurately and on time.
Apply advanced electrical practices to work safely in the maintenance environment.
Assessment
To join the team, you must pass an electrical board and PLC programming hands‑on assessment.
