Video Production Specialist

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a consumer-focused organization to identify a Video Production Specialist in the Dallas, TX area. This role is onsite and will support digital content creation and brand storytelling across social and marketing channels.
This position is ideal for a hands-on content creator who enjoys owning the full production process from concept through final delivery. The right candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable producing high-volume, fast-turn video content.
Required:
5+ years of hands-on video production experience from concept through post-production
Strong portfolio demonstrating video work across digital and social platforms (required for consideration)
Experience creating short-form, platform-specific content for channels like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Proficiency with video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
Ability to manage all aspects of production, including scripting, filming, lighting, audio, and editing
Preferred:
Experience in analyzing content performance and optimizing based on engagement metrics
Comfort directing on-camera talent and developing visual storytelling concepts
Experience with photography, including detailed product or studio work
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for editing or content creation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high content volume
