What You’ll Own

Lead content strategy across social, influencer, and digital channels

Write creative briefs for influencers and creators that drive performance

Own and execute end-to-end content production (from idea → publish → optimize)

Partner closely with Head of Marketing (Brandon) on campaign direction and growth

Build and evolve brand voice, storytelling, and visual identity

Drive Amazon content strategy (product storytelling, conversion-focused assets)

Collaborate with product on UI/UX-informed creative decisions

Produce 100 content reels a month

Test constantly—hooks, formats, messaging—and scale what works

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in creative, content, or influencer marketing roles

Strong portfolio across social, brand, and performance content

Deep understanding of influencer marketing + creator ecosystems

Experience in startup environments —you move fast and figure it out

Strong instincts for what converts vs. what just looks good

Comfortable being both strategic and in the weeds

High urgency, high ownership, zero hand-holding

Growth Path

Clear path to VP of Marketing (more team, more ownership)
