Job Title: Talent & PR Operations Coordinator
Duration: 11-month with possible extension
Location: Culver City, CA 90230 (Hybrid: Onsite Wed & Thurs)
Pay: $30-35/hr.
Join the Influencer & Talent team supporting high-volume influencer and celebrity partnerships. This role focuses on coordinating operational execution for PR, social, and talent campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate influencer and celebrity partnership deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Track PR and social deliverables, service days, contracts, and proof of performance.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, logistics, and communication with talent, agents, and internal teams.
- Support PR activations, sponsorships, interviews, salon appointments, and event coordination.
- Oversee content submissions, revisions, approvals, and posting confirmations across social platforms.
- Assist with travel, gifting, product shipments, invoices, and operational documentation.
- Partner with PR, Social, Events, and Brand teams to support campaign execution.
- Provide status updates, identify risks, and maintain organized tracking systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent coordination, social media, or project management.
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, calendars, and project management tools.
