The Opportunity
The Digital Media Specialist plays a key role in supporting Think's paid digital advertising and media initiatives across multiple platforms. This position will work closely with the marketing team to assist with campaign execution, ad management, analytics reporting, and digital media optimization efforts that support brand awareness and business growth.
This is a supporting role with no direct reports, offering hands-on experience and increased responsibility within Think's digital marketing function.
How You'll Contribute
- Support the execution and management of paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Assist with ad setup, scheduling, posting, updates, and campaign optimization activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports to help evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and analytics summaries for clients
- Track key performance indicators including impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement, and lead generation metrics.
- Support audience targeting, budget pacing, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal marketing team members to ensure alignment on messaging, campaign goals, and creative assets.
- Maintain organization of campaign tracking documents, reporting dashboards, and digital media assets. Stay informed on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging media strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, advertising support, or related marketing roles preferred.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) hybrid position that combines remote work with occasional in-person collaboration and meetings within the Baltimore/Washington DC area. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required to support business initiatives and marketing campaigns.
