You will gain firsthand experience in professional selling, objection handling, and closing, supported by group sales presentations led by experienced sales leaders and managers who assist throughout the process./ppThis internship is designed for motivated individuals seeking exposure to a performance-driven sales career within the hospitality industry./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliParticipate in daily sales operations alongside full-time Sales Representatives./liliEngage with prospective customers and assist in presenting Capital Vacations vacation ownership products./liliLearn and execute Capital Vacations structured sales process./liliWork closely with Sales Managers and T.O.s to support deal flow and closing efforts./liliMaintain professionalism, compliance, and attention to detail throughout the sales process./liliContribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment./li/ulh3Ideal Candidate Profile/h3ulliCurrently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field./liliProfessional appearance with a competitive, driven, and coachable mindset./liliStrong communication skills and a desire to learn consultative selling./liliAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays./liliMust live in or have secured housing in Myrtle Beach, SC.
