About the Role
At Microhealth, we build clinically grounded digital tools that help people manage chronic conditions. Our products need to earn trust, communicate clearly, and motivate lasting behaviour change — which means design isn't just aesthetic, it's integral to outcomes.
We're looking for a Brand Designer who thinks in campaigns, not isolated assets. Your core mission is to translate strategy into creative that performs — designing across channels with a clear sense of how each asset earns its place in the funnel, from first impression to conversion.
You'll work closely with the Head of Design, contributing to art direction and collaborating with product and growth teams. This is a hands-on role that blends brand storytelling, motion, and performance-driven execution in a lean, fast-moving environment.
This is a fully remote position, with working hours aligned to Central European Time (CET).
What You'll Be Doing
Own the visual execution of marketing campaigns end-to-end — from concept and narrative planning to asset delivery across paid ads, landing pages, email, and social.
Contribute to art direction for campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, working closely with the entire design team.
Design high-performing creatives for performance marketing, ensuring every asset plays a clear role in the campaign sequence and applies channel best practices.
Create motion and animation assets for digital campaigns — short-form video, animated ads, transitions, and social content.
Build and maintain visual consistency across all external-facing touchpoints, contributing to the evolution of Microhealth's brand identity and design system.
Collaborate with growth, product, and content teams to concept, test, and iterate on creative.
Use performance data and feedback to iterate on creative, improving engagement and conversion over time.
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate creative exploration and production workflows
Support commercial teams with self-service marketing solutions that scale design output without sacrificing brand quality.
What We Look For in You
Must have
4+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or art direction.
A portfolio that demonstrates campaign thinking — showing how you've told one coherent story across multiple formats, channels, and audience segments.
Proven ability to design for engagement and conversion, not just aesthetics.
Systematic approach to design — organised, consistent, and scalable in how you work and produce.
Strong knowledge of brand and visual language, with hands-on experience working from brand guidelines and corporate identity manuals.
Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling across formats — social, paid media, landing pages, email.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
A curious, fast-learning mindset — you actively explore AI tools and find creative ways to apply them, including building self-service solutions that help commercial teams work more independently.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and performance creative testing.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines without sacrificing quality or consistency.
Strong collaboration skills and openness to direct feedback — you take a brief from start to finish and care about the outcome.
Nice to have
Strong skills in motion design and animation (After Effects or equivalent)
Experience designing for health, wellness, or fitness brands.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CAC, conversion rates).
Experience scaling creative across multiple channels and audience segments.
Understanding of behavioural design or user motivation principles.
