About the role
Kaimetrix is seeking a

Mid‑level Dissemination Specialist

to support the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division (DCD) Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) mission. This role supports intelligence dissemination and cross‑domain operations by ensuring intelligence products are properly processed, accurately marked, and securely delivered across U.S. and multinational networks.

The Mid‑level Dissemination Specialist demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge, applies analytic rigor, collaborates across the Intelligence Community, and operates independently with minimal oversight while supporting mission‑critical intelligence requirements.

What you’ll do

Prepare and process the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains

Perform cross‑domain dissemination of intelligence products and associated materials on approved networks

Manage the sending and posting of intelligence products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites

Verify appropriate user clearances, accesses, and need‑to‑know prior to dissemination

Register intelligence products into approved intelligence repositories

Classification, Security & Compliance

Execute dissemination tasks in accordance with applicable classification, releasability, and security policies

Log potential inadvertent security incidents and follow established reporting procedures

Utilize, follow, and maintain site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with policy and guidance

Ensure dissemination actions are timely, accurate, and compliant with mission requirements

Metadata Management & Tools

Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Government‑approved standards

Use Government‑specified tools to generate and modify metadata, including but not limited to:

Document Dissemination Tool (DDT)

Create, Organize, Retrieve, and Evaluate (CORE) tool

DIA Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB)

Microsoft Office Suite

Apply metadata correctly to support product discoverability, traceability, and reuse

Analytic Rigor & Collaboration

Demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, or technically advanced

Structure analysis based on trends in reporting and multiple analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines

Develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products in support of defense intelligence

Collaborate with other Intelligence Community members on information sharing, collection efforts, and analytic dispute resolution

Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies

Use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives
Qualifications
Required Experience

Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and skills reflecting completion of developmental training and experience for the labor category

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across organizations

Demonstrated analytic rigor and sound judgment in intelligence dissemination activities

Desired Experience

Minimum

8 years

of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion within the last two (2) years

7 years

of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or Intelligence Community within the last two (2) years

Intermediate experience using

Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or later

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution

Associate’s degree with

7 years

of experience in an intelligence discipline

High School Diploma with

9 years

of experience in an intelligence discipline
