UNFOLD is seeking a VP, Accounts to lead the Key Art practice at UNFOLD.

The Role

Client Leadership & Account Growth
• Serve as senior client lead across key entertainment accounts, building trusted relationships with studio, streaming, and network partners with a focus on key art.
• Lead account strategy across campaigns, ensuring alignment between client objectives, creative output, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for organic account growth, cross-functional collaboration, and expanded service offerings.
• Help diversify the client portfolio to mitigate overreliance on any single client or category.
• Lead high-level client presentations, business reviews, and strategic conversations.

Creative & Cross-Functional Partnership
• Champion strong collaboration between accounts and creative teams while protecting both client relationships and creative integrity.
• Maintain a strong understanding of key art workflows from ideation through to finishing and adaptations.
• Provide clear communication and alignment across internal teams throughout campaign lifecycles.

Operational Oversight
• Ensure account teams are managing scopes, schedules, deliverables, and budgets effectively.
• Partner with leadership to support healthy resource planning and margin discipline.
• Help establish scalable workflows, communication structures, and best practices as the division grows.
• Monitor account health, financial performance, staffing needs, and delivery risks across the business.

Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop an account team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, responsiveness, and client partnership.
• Help define organizational structure, pod models, and staffing approaches to support sustainable growth.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and professional development across the Accounts function.

Business Development & Industry Presence
• Support new business initiatives, pitch development, and relationship-building efforts.
• Leverage existing industry relationships while helping open doors to new opportunities across film, television, and streaming.
• Maintain awareness of entertainment marketing trends, campaign innovation, emerging platforms, and industry shifts.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, creative advertising, or agency account leadership.
• Strong background in entertainment key art, integrated campaign management is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage high-profile client relationships and lead complex creative campaigns.
• Experience overseeing account teams within fast-paced, project-based agency environments.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows, budgeting, scoping, and operational planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance creative excellence with business performance and margin accountability.
• Existing entertainment industry relationships strongly preferred.
