Digital Marketer

Job Description

PH Wellness is hiring a results-driven digital marketer for our drug & alcohol treatment programs. This role is hands-on and compliance-heavy: you must know how to scale Google Ads and Local Services Ads in the rehab space while protecting the account and improving qualified admissions.

We are not looking for an agency, we are hiring a direct hire person who is interested in scaling with our rapidly growing organization.

Must-have experience

LegitScript + Google healthcare policy compliance for drug/alcohol rehab advertising (required)
Google Ads (Search) with high-intent keyword strategy, negatives, query mining, and landing-page message match
Call tracking + call scoring/QA; improving qualified call rate (not just volume)
Landing page CRO (conversion rate optimization): testing, speed/UX improvements, and funnel refinement
CRM integration + lead flow: Salesforce and/or Kipu (lead routing, lifecycle stages, data hygiene)
Location:

South Florida, hybrid, remote - all OK!
