About the role
You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and external developers, owning how partners understand and integrate with adjoe’s SDKs and APIs.
This role is primarily focused on building and scaling high-quality external documentation and developer resources, while also supporting technical integrations and investigations for key partners.
You won’t just document the product, you’ll shape how developers experience it.
What You Will Do:
Developer Documentation & Experience (Primary Focus)
Own and evolve our external developer documentation, ensuring it is clear, structured, and scalable across our APIs and SDKs
Build practical developer resources, including integration guides, API references, SDK documentation, tutorials, and example applications
Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver high‑quality documentation for new features at launch, while driving documentation standards, processes, and consistency across teams
Improve the end‑to‑end developer experience, identifying and resolving friction in onboarding, integration, and usage
Contribute directly to our documentation tooling (e.g. Docusaurus), including Markdown, frontend components, and styling improvements
Create lightweight demos and sample implementations (e.g. mobile apps in Swift or Kotlin) to support and validate documentation
Leverage AI‑assisted tools to analyze SDKs, explore codebases, and accelerate documentation and example creation, while validating outputs for technical accuracy
Create and maintain AI tools e.g. skills to assist publishers with integrating/upgrading with their own AI tools
Technical Account Support (Secondary Focus)
Support key partners during integration by debugging SDK implementations and investigating issue
Perform root cause analysis across mobile apps, APIs, and data flows
Work with data (SQL, dashboards, logs) to analyze performance issues and integration health
Collaborate with TAMs and Growth Managers on technical escalations and partner success
Who You Are:
2–4+ years in a technical role such as Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, or Technical Account Management
Strong technical foundation: Experience with mobile development and/or SDKs (iOS, Android, or cross‑platform); Comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and debugging integrations; Familiar with HTML, JavaScript/Typescript, and basic frontend concepts
A strong communicator able to write clear, structured technical content, but more importantly, you think like a builder and problem solver
You are comfortable using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g. code copilots, LLMs) to explore unfamiliar codebases, accelerate content creation, and improve productivity
Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple documentation and integration projects in parallel
Strong organizational and project management skills - you can bring structure where none exists
Experience with documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, Docusaurus) and Markdown
Bonus: Experience in AdTech, mobile monetization, or SDK‑based products
