Head of Business Development
to lead and expand our presence in the Middle East.
Your role at HFM:
Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand HFM’s market share in the Middle East region.
Lead the regional business development team, driving performance and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Identify, onboard, and manage key IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners to drive client acquisition and retention.
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regional regulations and licensing requirements.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, institutional partners, and key stakeholders.
Represent HFM at industry events, expos, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility.
Set KPIs and track business development performance, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
Recruit, train, and oversee Account Managers and Business Developers in the region, ensuring high performance and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Support the Head of Middle East in regional leadership, assisting with strategic decision‑making, operations, and key initiatives to optimize market presence and efficiency.
Requirements
BA/BSc degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Maximum 7 years experience in business development within the forex/CFD industry, preferably in the Middle East.
Experience in managing multi‑national teams and cross‑border business development strategies.
Strong network of Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and institutional partners in the region.
Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), financial instruments, and market structures.
Deep understanding of Middle East regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
Ability to travel extensively across the Middle East region when required.
