Passionate about sports and media, the full-time Associate Producer for Sports will assist in managing a network of YouTube channels focused on football and basketball, producing dynamic content and collaborating with producers to enhance channel strategy.
Key responsibilities
Produce engaging YouTube thumbnails and write captivating titles and descriptions to drive viewership
Edit full show episodes and segments for quick turnaround on YouTube, including curating YouTube shorts and community pages
Collaborate with show producers and digital department leads to develop channel strategy and style
Required qualifications
1-2 years of relevant work experience in digital media production
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Deep knowledge of sports, specifically football and basketball
Experience in shooting interviews is preferred
