Responsibilities of an Automotive Sales Associate

Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (Internet, phone, walk-ins, referrals, etc.)
Work with New & Used Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
Maintain strong knowledge base of our entire new & used car inventory
Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
Requirements of an Automotive Sales Associate:

You must have retail sales experience.
Auto Sales experience is a big plus.
Superior communication and customer service skills
Excellent follow-through skills
Understanding of manufacturer's specifications
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
Must have a clean driving record
