Zeta Tau Alpha is hiring: Video Production Coordinator in Carmel

The Video Production Coordinator creates vertical and horizontal videos for Zeta Tau Alpha. This position reports to the Senior Director of Digital Strategy and coordinates all facets of the video production process, including pre- and post-production logistics.Key Skills and AttributesExperience producing video content for social media, websites, and streamingExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After EffectsAble to think creatively and contribute ideas during department brainstormsStrong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate proactively and purposefully with all stakeholders including staff, collegians, alumnae, and third-party vendorsStrong interpersonal skills as it relates to conducting interviews and working with collegians and alumnaeExperience creating motion graphics a plusOther related skills or interests (e.g., experience with social media)ResponsibilitiesCreate final products for social media, on-site events, and online training courses using live-action footage, motion graphics, and still imagesCollaborate with Digital Media Coordinator to create engaging vertical social media contentCoordinate pre-production, including travel plans, schedules, shot lists, scripts, and storyboardsTravel to chapters across the country to acquire footage for specific projects as well as for a general video clip bank; collaborate with collegiate and alumnae chapter membersTransport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productionsMaintain equipment inventory and field and studio production schedulesManage video livestream during events such as Convention and during social media campaignsQualificationsBachelor’s degree, preferably in a video- or communication-related field, or at least one year of professional experience requiredCreative, flexible, and collaborative in a volunteer and team environmentAble to operate autonomously with minimal supervisionAble to both provide and accept direction, supervision, and guidance when appropriateAvailable to travel up to 30 percent of the yearAble to lift at least 30 pounds as it relates to transporting video equipmentZTA membership preferred
