5-9 years experience as SDET, proficient with Python and Playwright (and other tools such as Selenium, PyTest)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Selenium, PyTest, or Playwright, ensuring scalable and reliable regression and functional test coverage.

Perform end-to-end API testing (REST/JSON), validate business logic, and ensure data integrity through backend and database verification using MySQL/SQL queries.

Create test plans, test cases, and automation strategies aligned with product requirements, ensuring high quality across UI, API, and database layers.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to support shift-left testing practices.

Apply strong debugging skills, solid understanding of software testing lifecycle, and hands‑on expertise in Python‑based automation frameworks.
