We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Multi Skilled Lead Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

Lead Craftsman Attributes

Good overall knowledge of all trades:

Plumbing

Carpentry

Tile

Electrical

Flooring

Drywall

Siding

Fencing (Wood, Vinyl, Chain link, Metal)

Proper Equipment:

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for specific tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution promptly and professionally.

Excellent Communication Skills:

The Lead Craftsman must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers. He/she must be proficient in using electronic scheduling, estimating, and invoicing software and have the ability to teach others.

Presentable:

Clean‑Cut appearance

Decent‑looking, clean vehicle

Organized tools

Job Responsibilities

Perform all types of quality handyman repairs

Carpentry

Exceptional drywall repair, finishing, and texturing skills

Painting

Tile work

Basic plumbing and electrical

Fence repair

A broad range of construction techniques

Full working knowledge of home repair resources

Qualifications

5+ years of Master Craftsman experience

Own truck or van and tools

Strong work ethic and professional demeanor

Self Starter

Dependable and on time

Excellent customer service skills

Collaborative, optimistic, reliable

Knowledgeable in multiple trades

Able to use electronic devices for scheduling, notes, and billing.

Positive thinking, competitive, and committed to excellence.
