Role Description

This is a full-time,

on-site position

based in Beverly Hills, CA, for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive. The SEO Executive

will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to optimize the firm's online presence. Daily tasks include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO techniques, managing link-building campaigns, and analyzing web analytics to track the effectiveness of SEO efforts. The role aims to enhance the firm’s visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic to its online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for practice area and location pages
Conduct keyword research focused on California legal search trends
Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and on-page content
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers
Manage local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management
Monitor rankings, traffic, and lead generation performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
Collaborate with attorneys and content writers to create optimized blog articles and landing pages
Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for growth
Build and maintain ethical backlink acquisition campaigns
Track algorithm updates and recommend proactive SEO adjustments
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Qualifications
Proficiency in Keyword Research and knowledge of search intent
Experience performing SEO Audits to identify issues and opportunities
Ability to execute Link Building strategies to improve domain authority
Strong skills in On-Page SEO practices, including optimization of content, metadata, and HTML
Understanding of Web Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze traffic and performance data
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience in the legal industry or working with law firms is a plus
Knowledge of content management systems and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
