M365/Exchange Engineer

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Knowledge about EOP and the power shell scripting
Knowledge on CES or IronPort
Knowledge about EOP rules
Knowledge about Outlook issues
Hands on experience for Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013
Client connectivity knowledge related to exchange 2010 and exchange 2013
Providing Level 2 support for Exchange 2007/2010/2013/O365 users
Achieve customer satisfaction/SLA
Excellent written and communication skills
Interact with different support team/customer to resolve the issues within SLA time period
Attend customer meeting and fulfill customer expectations
Operational management of a Global Exchange domain
Participate in a 24X7-hour on-call rotation to provide after business hours support
Physical and logical server monitoring of Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013 systems including hardware, operating system and applications
Monitor e-Mail messaging to internal and external Domains (Internet), SMTP
