Torch and THEYtriarchy are seeking a volunteer Video Editor / Short Form Editor to help turn documentary footage, interviews, events, and campaigns into compelling social and promotional content.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong editing instincts and storytelling ability
Can create fast-paced short form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Is comfortable editing trailers, teasers, interviews, and social assets
Can move quickly while maintaining quality and emotional impact
You might help with:
Reels, trailers, and teaser edits
Documentary promo content
Social-first storytelling
Captions, pacing, music, and platform optimization
Campaign launch assets
Experience with Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut preferred.
Remote + flexible hours. Potential for future paid opportunities as projects scale.
