Document Warehouse Clerk – Night Shift

Shift:

Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to Midnight – Night Shift.

This is NOT Part Time.

Compensation:

$18.15 - $18.15 USD per hour. Compensation is an estimate and final offer depends on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high volumes of financial documents for storage or retrieval, including unloading banker boxes, prepping for scan or onsite filing.

Meet/exceed daily production expectations independently.

Read handwritten file numbers and letters.

Identify appropriate file/document location and solve problems.

Perform basic computer tasks (data entry and research).

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security restrictions set by SPS/Client.

Follow device policy, including prohibition of cell phones and cameras on the work floor.

Adopt a corporate casual dress code.

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Apply basic math skills.

Organize and maintain attention to detail.

Repeat tasks reliably.

Learn quickly and adapt to client needs.

Meet deadlines and production requirements.

Collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a document production warehouse environment; background in filing, warehouse, or fulfillment helpful.

Good with on‑the‑job training.

Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills; capable of working independently and within a team.

Ability to prioritize work, balance multiple projects and deadlines; organized and detail‑oriented.

Strong problem solving; proactive and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.

Physical Demands:

Lift, push, pull boxes of documents up to 50 lbs.

Climb ladders and work in confined spaces.

Fine and gross motor skills for moving packages on a standard wheeled cart with ~50 lbs capacity.

Walk, bend, kneel, stand, and sit for extended periods.
