Digital Marketing Manager | Media Buyer – YouTube job at Client Accelerators. Westfield, NJ.

Responsibilities

Media Buying: manage $50,000 - $75,000 a day on YouTube and scale campaigns as needed.

Forecasting: create scenarios to hit client targets, map current metrics, and improve forecasts by lowering CPC and increasing conversion.

Data‑Driven Decision Making: compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and find optimization opportunities.

Funnel Strategy: identify funnel pages that don’t hit benchmarks, increase conversion rate and drive revenue with the same traffic.

Creative Strategy: collaborate with creative team to develop new angles and drive creative strategy for clients.

Brainstorm: generate new growth strategies and campaign ideas that set us apart from competition.

Competitor Research: analyze existing successful tactics to inspire our ads and funnels.

Results

Hit 80% of projected quarterly bonus compensation from client roster.

75% of all clients’ quarterly profit goals are hit.

100% of projected quarterly ad budgets are hit.

Maintain an 'B+' rating or higher during quarterly reviews.

Communication Expectations

Use Slack for client communications.

Value over‑communication and speed in communication.

Participate in weekly full‑team meetings; daily stand‑ups with pod leads.

Requirements

1+ years direct response marketing experience.

Self‑starter with initiative, able to work independently on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Intellectually curious, driven by questions and deep dive research.

Tenacious and persistent until task completion.

Resilient, able to recover and continue toward goals.

Highly analytical, data‑driven, using data to guide decisions.

Detail oriented and highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Highly proficient with Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting.

Managing a full client roster (5–7 clients) and building client relationships; daily communication and KPI achievement.

Capability in building ad account structures consistent with best practices, naming conventions, and test/scale strategies; solve account issues.

Comfortable scaling and optimizing ad accounts, understanding client success metrics.

Collaborate with team members on optimization techniques and scaling strategies across ad accounts.

Success in Your First Two to Four Months Looks Like

Seamlessly building ad account structures in line with CA best practices.

Confidence in scaling and optimizing ad accounts with understanding of client goals.

Work with team to ideate creative concepts and campaigns based on past best performers.

Apply company‑wide learnings to own accounts; own up to 5–7 clients.

Deliver meaningful insights using Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting.

Maintain client relationships and hit monthly KPI goals based on ROAS and spend.
