Pay:

$25 - $35 hourly

Support customers with rental solutions via phone and email

Build strong relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts

Collaborate closely with Outside Sales and branch teams

Outside Sales
Pay:

Base wage $45,000 - $55,000 + competitive commission package

Develop and manage customer relationships within an assigned territory

Drive revenue growth through consultative selling

Partner with branches to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Represent Sunstate as a trusted equipment solutions expert

Branch Management
Pay:

$85,000 - $105,000 + bonus opportunities

Lead branch operations with a focus on safety, service, and profitability

Coach and develop high-performing teams

Drive sales growth while maintaining operational excellence
