Key Responsibilities

Consultative Sales:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers.

Project Management:

Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals and follow‑ups.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our production team and management to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Qualifications

Industry Experience:

Minimum 1+ years in Signage, marketing, Graphic Design, or a related print/visual communications field.

Technical Skills:

Ability to view a computer screen and sit for long periods, also perform site visits, attend meetings.

Soft Skills:

Outgoing personality with the ability to handle high-volume work under pressure.

Project Management:

Proficiency in moving a project from estimate to final work order.

Consultative Selling:

Ability to recommend products based on Brand Standards.

Compensation
$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
