We are seeking an Account Coordinator (C02) to join our growing Ads Account Management team. This role is a critical partner within the Account Management function, contributing to the seamless execution of campaigns and supporting client success across the full campaign lifecycle.

The Account Coordinator plays an important role in driving operational rigor, systems accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and run as intended. This position provides hands‑on exposure to the end‑to‑end campaign workflow within a high‑volume advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities

Complete internal intake forms (Order Intake, Creative Upload Forms, etc.)

Submit and manage JIRA tickets with Ads Operations and vendor teams

Coordinate asset collection and confirm trafficking readiness prior to launch

Escalate executional blockers or delays as appropriate

Own the creation and submission of JIRA tickets related to invoicing, credits & rebills

Track ticket progress and drive timely resolution across Revenue Accounting and Ads Ops Demand Management teams

Own the month‑end billing process for your assigned accounts

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications related to billing matters & programmatic activation with Account Manager oversight

Manage administrative communication with clients and agencies on campaign screenshots

Escalate delivery concerns surfaced through client communication or internal pacing review

Establish strong working relationships with client and agency partners in support of campaign execution.

We’re Looking For

1‑3 years of experience in Account Coordination, Sales Planning, or Account Management support within digital media (video advertising preferred)

Experience working within CRM, OMS, and/or ad serving platforms

Working knowledge of Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Sound judgment in identifying and escalating issues

Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors (Nielsen, ComScore, IAS, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.)

Pay Rate Range

$50-55/hr.
