Orchard is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to take charge of our paid digital strategy. This position requires oversight of an 8-figure marketing budget, focusing on Paid Search and Paid Social to drive customer acquisition. The role combines individual contribution and leadership, involving team building, reporting, and creative testing.
