We are currently looking for a North Europe Sales Manager (Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Finland) to lead the growth plan over the region for the travel and transport business line.

Key Missions
Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe, Travel and Transport you will be a true commercial partner and a driving force in executing the growth plan, with responsibility over North Europe.

It includes:

Being responsible for all commercial deals and opportunities in the North Europe region

Appraising existing sales performance and coordinating marketing and sales efforts to achieve maximum liaison and full use of resources at all levels.

Negotiating and holding the commercial position for IDEMIA in North Europe

Ensuring that IDEMIA’s capability is marketed and sold in accordance with budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability.

Participating and providing leadership in the development of new project proposals

Supervising the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials

Representing and promoting the company at various community and/or business meetings.

Supervising the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotions

Establishing and implementing short and long-range objectives, policies, and operating procedures

Profile & Other Information
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Minimum 15 years of experience selling complex technology solutions, including significant experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role

Proven expertise in key account management, account development planning, stakeholder mapping, and power/influence analysis

Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles

Solid understanding of public and private stakeholders and their interactions within the ecosystem

Good knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks, including border control and GDPR, is a desirable asset

Experience in the Travel & Transport sector is a plus

Strong command of English and Danish, both written and spoken
