Cronos Europa

is looking for a

detail-oriented UAT Tester

to strengthen our QA team working in the Aeroline sector. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex systems by working closely with business, technical, and stakeholder teams.
This role is primarily focused on

manual testing , with a clear opportunity to

evolve towards test automation .
Your responsibilities:

Analyse functional and non-functional documentation (user stories, use cases, specifications)
Design and prepare

test scenarios and test cases

(manual & automation-ready)
Execute test campaigns and

identify, report, and track defects
Perform

retesting and validation

after fixes
Ensure full coverage via

traceability matrices
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and testing scope
Participate in

test reviews and continuous improvement
Contribute to test planning and quality strategy
Your Profile

Minimum

3 years’ experience

in manual testing / test analysis
Strong experience with

test design and end-to-end scenarios
Ability to work with

functional documentation

and extract test conditions
Solid understanding of

test execution and defect management
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Fluent English
Experience working in

multicultural environments
Experience in

Agile environments
Exposure to

non-functional testing

(performance, security, etc.)
Basic knowledge or interest in

test automation
Technical or development background
Experience in

air traffic management

or similar domains is an asset
