What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a Channel Program Manager to support Residential Energy growth through high-impact marketing programs and partner engagement across North America. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, channel sales, and partner marketing, translating strategy into targeted campaigns and programs that drive sales performance and installation growth.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team and cross-functional partners to develop and execute marketing initiatives for Certified Installer programs, sales enablement, and growth campaigns. You will help bring programs to life through strong execution, clear coordination, and consistent brand alignment, ensuring marketing efforts are scalable, measurable, and designed to drive real business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Partner with the Demand Generation and Sales teams to develop targeted marketing strategies that drive Residential Energy sales performance

Lead execution support for ongoing marketing and partner programs

Drive development and execution of partner marketing materials, including emails, toolkits, webinars, campaigns, and rebate initiatives

Create and track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and owners across multiple workstreams

Maintain and improve program reporting dashboards for accuracy and usability

Review Certified Installer marketing and materials for compliance with Tesla brand guidelines

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for Tesla-branded merchandise, including ordering, inventory tracking, and fulfillment

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or evidence of exceptional ability and 8+ years of relevant hands-on work experience, or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience developing growth/product marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition, and executing results-based marketing programs

Experience working in business-to-business (B2B) roles is a plus

Experience within the energy/solar industry is preferred but not required

Robust analytical skills needed to perform data analyses and create data-driven reports

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects

Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, integrity and an eagerness to take responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and results

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $132,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include other elements dependent on the position offered.
